I've just bought an early 1960s Seamaster via online auction, and am have been trying to find out what the original stainless steel bracelet options were when it was released. I don't know the serial number yet, but do know it's model no is 14700 1 SC, with a 552 movement and 18mm lugs. Beads of Rice (or BOR), more correctly, Grains of Rice (GOR) Ω bracelet. The Omega Seamaster has had a pretty wild evolution, and its references over the years span from solid gold dress watches, to quartz-powered oddities, to depth-plunging monsters. I recently bought another Seamaster, this one with the original beads of rice bracelet. I love the watch, but I'm having trouble getting it to fit. My wrists are just over 6''. The bracelet could probably accommodate a ~7.5 inch wrist right now.

I’ve been looking for a beads of rice bracelet in 18mm to slap on this thing but can’t seem to find something. I bought one off eBay a few weeks back and it just came in the mail today, but it came and it’s definitely not 18mm but rather a 20mm bracelet even though it was advertised as an 18mm.
